Having sex in the morning may prevent you from getting a cold!

You may think that this statement is just a joke, but it’s TRUE! It has always been said, in medical terms, that having sex is a very good way of burning calories, improve your cardiac output, and release stress but scientists had never paid attention on the benefits that this practice could provide to human beings immune system, until now!

Starting your day by having sex is much healthier than a coffee according to the researcher and sexuality counselor’s interview to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, Debby Herrick. She stated that couples that usually have sex at the first hours of day are less likely to get colds and increase the quality of their nails, hair, and skin. Sex strengthens the immune system which means that you keep a healthy living because of the liberation oxytocin, a substance that increases the sensation of satisfaction.

“Having sex during the morning strengthens the immune system and improves the levels of IGA, an antibody that protects us from infections. Moreover, copulation liberates substances that increase our levels of estrogen which helps to improve the quality of your hair and skin. It also set oxytocin free, substance that makes us feel better and love to our partner” she declared.

Do you think that this research is trustworthy enough or it is just an excuse for people to have sex in the morning?  Imagine a couple in the morning saying “I don’t want to get a cold darling” and your partner giving you “the look” of acceptance.

Now, it's time for you! Carry out your own research, just if you want to, and get in touch with the meticulous scientist that you have inside, I’m sure you are going to enjoy this study!

  1. Interesting, but never is too late or too ealry for sex, or coffee.

This also may trigger a wave of people arriving late for work or University.
